Ecosystem

A provider-agnostic integration layer

How VoicaX keeps you free to change vendors without rebuilding.

Provider-agnostic by design

VoicaX does not resell a single vendor's stack. Telephony, transcription, speech synthesis, language models, billing and CRM are each an interchangeable adapter behind a stable internal contract, so switching providers is a configuration change instead of a migration project.

Every certified provider passes a conformance suite covering latency, streaming behaviour, error semantics and cost reporting before it appears in the registry.

  • Bring your own API keys, encrypted per organisation
  • Automatic failover when a provider degrades mid-conversation
  • Per-provider cost attribution in the finance dashboards
  • Signed outbound webhooks for your own systems

Connecting your business systems

AI Employees are only useful when they can act. VoicaX connects to CRMs, calendars, helpdesks, and internal APIs through workflow tool nodes, with scoped credentials and full audit trails on every call made on your behalf.

If a system is not covered by a native adapter, the generic HTTP tool node plus a signed webhook receiver covers almost every remaining case without waiting on our roadmap.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini keys?
Yes. Bring-your-own-key is supported for all major AI providers. Keys are encrypted at rest, scoped to your organisation, and inference is then billed directly to your provider account.
Which telephony providers can VoicaX use?
VoicaX integrates with the major programmable voice and AI voice providers, and abstracts them behind one runtime so an AI Employee configuration does not change when you switch vendors.
Does VoicaX integrate with my CRM?
Native adapters cover common CRMs and helpdesks, and any other system can be reached through authenticated HTTP tool nodes in a workflow plus signed webhooks back into your stack.
What happens if a provider goes down?
The runtime detects degraded providers and fails over to a configured fallback mid-conversation where the protocol allows, and records the incident for later review in the operations dashboards.
