VoicaX is a product of SyntheStudio. References to “we”, “us”, or the company mean SyntheStudio; references to the Service mean VoicaX.

This page describes who you are paying, what you are charged, which payment methods are accepted, and how your payment details are protected.

This document is a template pending review by qualified legal counsel. It is not legal advice.

1. Merchant of record

All charges for VoicaX are made by SyntheStudio, a sole proprietorship based in the United States (Wyoming).

Charges appear on your card or PayPal statement as VOICAX. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before filing a dispute and we will resolve it.

2. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. You choose your preferred method at checkout.

3. Currency and taxes

All prices are displayed and billed in USD ($). Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address and shown before you confirm payment. Bank or card-issuer currency conversion fees, where applicable, are set by your provider and are not charged by us.

4. What you are billed for

  • Subscription fee: charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual) according to the plan selected on our Pricing page.
  • Usage overage: charged in arrears when consumption exceeds the included allowance of your plan, at the published overage rates.
  • Add-ons: charged with the subscription for the period in which they are active.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Your renewal date and the exact amount are always visible in Billing settings.

5. Delivery of service

Access is provisioned instantly to your VoicaX workspace once payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, without contacting support, from Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility, including our 7-day money-back guarantee where the Service does not deliver as promised, is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Card data and PCI compliance

VoicaX never receives, processes or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. Card details are entered directly into hosted payment fields operated by Stripe, or on PayPal's own checkout, both of which are PCI DSS Level 1 service providers. We store only a payment-method reference, the last four digits, the card brand and the expiry month/year returned by the processor so that you can identify your saved payment method.

All payment traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to billing records inside our platform is restricted to your own organization and to authorized administrators, enforced at the database level.

8. Failed payments and dunning

If a payment fails, we retry the charge and notify the billing contact by email. If payment is not completed after the retry window, the subscription is downgraded or suspended, and your data is retained for the period stated in the Terms of Service so you can restore service by paying the outstanding balance.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact support@voicax.com before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We respond to billing enquiries within one business day and will issue any refund you are entitled to directly, which is faster than a dispute. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until the balance is settled.

10. Prohibited use of payments

You may not use VoicaX to make or receive payments for activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy or by the rules of our payment processors, including unlawful telemarketing, fraud, or the resale of the Service in breach of the Terms of Service.
